Services

We provide professional cleaning services as described at the time of booking.

Any additional services requested outside of the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Service availability is subject to confirmation.

2.

Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings can be made via our official form, phone, or email.

Cancellations or Rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the booking value.

3.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary depending on the service type, property size, and condition.

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.

4.

Access to Property

You must provide safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled service time.

Pets should be secured for the safety of our staff and your animals.

5.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

We do not offer refunds for complaints made more than 24 hours after service completion.

6.

Liability

  • Pre-existing damage or faults in property or items
  • Any indirect or consequential loss
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised date.
